Once home to the orchard’s cider press, the converted cottage is ideal for a couple, small family or friends looking to escape into nature. The cottage sleeps up to 4. It has a large split level master bedroom, and the cosy ‘hayloft’ on the mezzanine above living room from which you can watch the sunrise over the water.
During the summer months a romantic yurt provides further accommodation for 2, with a double bed and beautiful views.
Set in 2 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, where the focus is on nurturing nature based on the principles of permaculture and forest gardens. The ancient orchard is being carefully, organically restored and has some of the best views, although as you wander through the trees you're bound to discover new favourites.
After a day out and about you can relax in the hot tub and watch flocks of gulls heading back out to sea, or light a fire and settle in for the evening. With sea views from every bed and delicious bakeries 10 minutes away your day is likely to get off to a good start.
